The transformation equipments of the project:

1, a CLEARING double-action 1300 tons of mechanical press made in USA.

2, 5 DANLY double point 500 tons of mechanical presses made in United States.

Transformation contents include:

The double action of 1300 tons transformed to single action800 tons

The air -type double air cushion transformed to single crown air cushion with interlock, buffering, adjustable stroke;

The fixed working table transformed to mobile work platform;

The driving motor transformed into high slip motor;

The lubrication system redesigned  and remanufactured;

The overhaul of clutch / brake, balancer;

      Electric control system adopts the Siemens has PROFIBUS field bus interface of S7-300 PLC, Germany Beckhoff bus terminal, American MTS magnetostrictive displacement sensor, the electronic cam switch, Japan Pascal hydraulic overload protection system, the Japanese digital touch screen man-machine interface, mold height, air cushion stroke, pressure balancer, air cushion pressure automatic adjustment equipment such as a series of new technology, through the touch screen control chain diagnosis, PLC system display, pop-up alarm information of fault self diagnosis; and can be called 100 sets of mold parameters, automatically change the touch

redesign and manufacture of  Electronic control system:
